"Colder months can be perfect time to photograph gardens"
(This title is from Katherine Roth's article in the AP (retrieved 20201117).
Roth interviewed Larry Lederman upon the publication of his book, “Garden Portraits: Experiences of Natural Beauty” (The Monacelli Press). In the interview Lederman noted that in the winter garden “everything is bare and you can see the bones of the landscape. After that, everything is a surprise.” Several images from the book are presented in the article.
Gallery Sort Order. This gallery is sorted by "Date Taken" in reverse chronological order. This will let us see the most recently taken photos at the beginning of the gallery. And, when reviewing in reverse order, we will see a chronological progression through the fall and winter seasons.
